locked=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Zo maak je deze heerlijke taart<\/h3>\n<p>Meng de ingredienten voor de bodem. Kort kneden tot er een mooie bal ontstaat. Druk het deeg in een met bakpapier beklede taartbodem. Prik met een vork gaatjes in de bodem. Bak de bodem 20-30 minuten bij 170 graden in een voorverwarmde oven. Laat de bodem in de vorm afkoelen.<\/p>\n<p>Smelt ondertussen de chocolade au bain-marie en voeg daar de notenpasta aantoe. Meng tot een gladde massa. Smeer de ganache uit over de bodem van de taart.<\/p>\n<p>Zeef de kikkererwten boven een pannetje en vang het vocht op. Zet de kikkererwten weg in de koelkast en maak daar later wat lekkers van. Breng het vocht (de aqua-faba) aan de kook, en zet dan het vuur weer uit. Het is de bedoeling dat de aquafaba een beetje inkookt, maar hou zeker de helft tot driekwart van het vocht over. Voeg aan het vocht de maizena, agar-agar, kaneel en eventueel wat suiker en een scheut kirsch toe. Breng dit al roerend aan de kook en laat het 5 minuten doorkoken. Voeg de kersen weer toe en meng even goed door. Laat een beetje afkoelen en verdeel over de taart.<\/p>\n<p>Doe de aquafaba in een mixer, voeg de citroensap en het vanille-extract toe. Zet dit te mixen. Na een tijdje moet er schuim ontstaan. Doe de suiker, agar-agar en water in een pannetje en breng dit al roerend aan de kook. Laat dit even door koken. Haal van het vuur en voeg dit met een gelijdelijke straal toe aan het schuim terwijl het nog staat te kloppen.<\/p>\n<p>Als de kersenlaag goed is afgekoeld kan het schuim op de taart, als dan niet met een spuitzak. Smeren met een mes geeft ook een leuk rustiek effect.
